Hi, I'm Capri! I was born in Beijing, China and moved to South Florida when I was seven. I am currently a senior Communication Arts major at Dreyfoos School of the Arts, where I focus on film, speech and debate, and journalism. I am passionate about film and its role in helping us understand human events, especially advancements in science and technology. Much of my work throughout school has aligned with the media representation of technology, where I've researched extensively about nuclear power, artificial intelligence, and the Metaverse. As a multicultural person, I've seen first-hand how art and film can connect people across oceans. In the future, I hope to work in the international film business, striving to connect the Chinese and American cultures and economies.
